A lot of people have expressed interest in donating money personally towards the cost of the expedition – and I am incredibly grateful for this. I would like to offer a way for these people’s name to be mentioned so they’re more involved in the expedition.
Since I will be taking at least a quarter of a million rowing strokes on this crossing I thought it might be a good idea to let people sponsor some of these strokes.
2,000 strokes for £10 – Your name listed on the website.
10,000 strokes for £50 – Your name printed inside the cabin of the boat.
20,000 strokes for £100 – Your name printed on the outside hull of the boat.
Getting your name printed on our boat might be the cheapest way to get yourself dragged across the Atlantic – I’m pretty confident that this undercuts prices for all major ocean liners and international airlines!
