Get involved with a Guinness World Record attempt by becoming one of my corporate sponsors.

This could be an excellent publicity and marketing opportunity for your company as well as being fun for you, your staff and your clients.

As we approach the departure date for our expedition, our story will fall into the media spotlight. Through TV, radio, and printed press coverage, our expedition will have a high public profile established before we set out. Our press is never constricted to the back pages of a specialist journal but out there in the mainstream and prime time.

Expedition Costs

Ocean rowing is not a sport which can be done on a shoestring budget – quite the opposite in fact. If you consider all the elements required to make a safe and successful trip it amounts to quite a list – expedition food in huge quantities, rowing kit, safety equipment, insurance, seamanship training courses, flights, shipments of the boat – to name just some obvious requirements. Cutting corners is not an option – particularly where safety is concerned.

Each of us is required to raise or contribute £12,ooo to cover the expedition costs.

Since I don’t have this kind of cash sitting in my back pocket I am relying on fundraising events held over the coming months and corporate sponsorship to help me cover some of the cost of the expedition.
